Notice of Application: Closure and Sale of Road Allowance

TAKE NOTICE the Township of Madawaska Valley is in receipt of an application for the closure and sale of a Township owned shoreline road allowance along the waterfront of the property:

Part Lot 10, Concession 2, in the geographic Township of Radcliffe, now in the Township of Madawaska Valley, municipally known as 24 Malovic Lane and as shown on the key map attached.

PURSUANT to By-Law Number 2023-11, this notice has been posted on the site of the application. Any comments or concerns regarding the application must be provided in writing or by email no later than November 28, 2025 to:
