MV Honours Tumbler Ridge

Flags around the municipality have been lowered to half mast in honour of the victims, their families, and all impacted by the mass shooting in Tumbler Ridge, BC.

As a fellow small, rural municipality, we understand the connections that exist amongst neighbours and can only imagine the impact an event such as this has on the community as a whole. The Mayor has sent a letter of condolences and solidarity to the Council and residents of Tumbler Ridge.

Flags will remain at half mast until February 17, 2026.
