Notice of Application: Closure and Sale of Road Allowance June 2026

TAKE NOTICE the Township of Madawaska Valley is in receipt of an application for the closure and sale of a Township owned shoreline road allowance along the waterfront of the property:

Part Lot 25, Concession 4, in the geographic Township of Jones, now in the Township of Madawaska Valley, municipally known as 1257C Siberia Road and as shown on the key map.

PURSUANT to By-Law Number 2023-11 (which can be found on the Township website), this notice has been posted on the site of the application. Any comments or concerns regarding the application must be provided in writing or by email no later than July 8, 2026, to:

Accordingly, in providing such information, you shall be deemed to have consented to its use and disclosure as part of this closure process.
