Notice of Application: Closure and Sale of Road Allowance (Hutcheon)

TAKE NOTICE the Township of Madawaska Valley is in receipt of an application for the closure and sale of a Township owned shoreline road allowance along the waterfront of the property:

Part Lot 5, Concession 9, in the geographic Township of Radcliffe, now in the Township of Madawaska Valley, municipally known as 707 Tamarack Road and as shown on the key map attached.

PURSUANT to By-Law Number 2023-11 (which can be found on the Township website), this notice has been posted on the site of the application. Any comments or concerns regarding the application must be provided in writing or by email no later than September 28, 2026, to:

NOTE:  All written submissions, documents, correspondence, e-mails or other communications (including your name and address) form part of the public record and will be disclosed/made available by the Municipality to such persons as the Municipality sees fit, including anyone requesting such information.  Accordingly, in providing such information, you shall be deemed to have consented to its use and disclosure as part of this closure process.
