Starting in September, the Township will once again be offering Public Skating to residents. The ice at Paul J. Yakabuski Community Centre will be open to all from 1:30pm-3pm every Sunday, at the cost of $2 per person. Local businesses and organizations have an opportunity to sponsor a public skate at the cost of $170 ($150.44 + HST) to allow this skate to be offered free-of-charge to our residents.
Physical activity and youth recreation is important to the health of our community, particularly in the winter months. Sponsoring a public skate not only provides your business/organization with advertising at the event and on Township social media pages, but it also contributes to the wellbeing of our community.

You can select a Sunday (based on availability), or we can choose one for you. Special dates on March Break are also available. The cost to sponsor a public skate is $170 (HST included).
