Expect delays through Barry’s Bay over the coming weeks as roadwork takes place on Highway 60 between Mintha Road and Arena Road. From September 18 and lasting about three weeks, grant-funded work to the connecting link will include replacing manhole covers and installing colored concrete at the three way stop crosswalks.

Work for September 18-22:

• Monday Sept 18 – Tuesday Sept 19 – Traffic Control Sign Setup. No traffic delays.
• Wednesday Sept 20 – Thursday Sept 21 – Replace manhole lids in roadway. Single lane closures with flaggers will be utilized for traffic control. Please expect some delays.
• Friday Sept 22 – No work scheduled.
