Join us for Swim Fitness this summer in Combermere and Barry’s Bay!
Intended for 55+, this program is designed for individuals who want to improve their physical fitness with water-based workouts. Swim Fitness provides principles and practices including interval training, and participants work with instructors to set and work towards their own goals. All skill levels are welcome and you must pre-register for this course.
One session is two weeks long, Monday to Friday. No lessons run on Monday, August 7.
