Closure and Sale of Road Allowances – 25 Chapel Road – Notice of Application

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 23 of By-Law Number 2013-38 (which can be found on the Township website), the Municipality shall give public notice of its intention to pass a by-law by publication of an advertisement in a local newspaper having circulation within the Municipality on at least two occasions with the last publication to be at least thirty days prior to the Council meeting at which time the by-law will be considered.

Therefore, first notice of an application for the sale and closure of a portion of a Township owned Shoreline Road allowance is hereby given for the sale of a portion of shoreline road allowance abutting the following property:

·         25 Chapel Road, being part of Lot 19, Concession 12, geographic Township of Radcliffe, Wadsworth Lake [Township File No. 2021-15-FRA].

Any person who is affected by this application may provide comments in writing or by email no later than 12:00 p.m. on March 30nd, 2023 to:
