TAKE NOTICE the Township of Madawaska Valley is processing outstanding applications that were received prior to implementing a pause on the receipt of further applications for the closure and sale of Township-owned road allowances. This batched notice applies to road allowances abutting the following properties:206 Arrow Drive, being Lot 5, Registered Plan 378, geographic Township Sherwood
PURSUANT to Section 23 of By-Law Number 2013-38 (which can be found on the Township website), notice of the intention to pass a by-law to close and sell the subject land is hereby given.
Any person who is affected by this application must provide comments in writing or by email no later than December 20th, 2022 to:
